Good hotel with great amenities like 24-hour reception, a fitness centre, and in-room breakfast. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me find my lost barrette. Highly recommend for your stays!

We had a really good experience.

The stay was real good! The place was clean with free parking and a comfortable bed. The bathroom in my king room was big size. The team provided an exceptional service. I used wake up service and ironing, it's free too.

Options, with the highlight being the Amritsar kulcha. While the facilities were fantastic, we did encounter a delay in receiving our complimentary items. A nice experience that we look forward to repeating in the future.

Terrible staff!

It was clean, and the people were very professional and competent. The location of the hotel was secure, close to most places. Moreover, it's really close to the elante mall, all the outlets, and airport.

Absolutely loved the grand brunch with a delicious variety, especially the unique street food display! The swimming pool was beautifully maintained, and I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere throughout. I’d definitely return again!

The club lounge offered a fantastic space to unwind, complete with a great selection of snacks and drinks. I found the staff to be attentive, always ready to assist without being intrusive.

The pool area could use more attention to maintain its cleanliness.

Couples looking for comfort and convenience

So I stayed here for 2 nights in a King Room and let me tell you, the ambiance really was something else. The staff were helpful, especially this one gal named Sanpreet, she went out of her way to help plan a surprise for my wife that, I was impressed.

It wasn't exactly budget friendly but honestly felt worth it for the experience.

The lobby's luxurious design, with its grand staircase. The accessible areas were spacious and easy to navigate, perfect for someone like me who appreciates comfort while getting around.

The stay was quite pleasant overall. We enjoyed the convenient location near the mall. The breakfast was impressive, with plenty of options to keep everyone happy. The only downside was the shower in our room. It only had hot water, which was a bit uncomfortable. Nonetheless, we appreciated the friendly service and the vibrant environment, especially during the mornings.

The location was great, right between the airport and city center. I loved the gym for a power workout at dawn and then unwinding with a relaxing massage using organic oils. The breakfast spread was excellent, with so many options to choose from, and the staff were super attentive.
